Serax x Annebet Philips Carte Blanche Teapot

The Carte Blanche teapot by Annebet Philips for Serax turns a familiar household object into a playful porcelain design with the character of a hand-drawn prototype. Its angular form originates from a cardboard model, with the original fold lines and uneven edges preserved in porcelain and traced with deliberately irregular, hand-painted black contours. This direct translation from first model to finished object is central to Carte Blanche and gives the teapot its distinctive, almost cartoon-like appearance.
